We are seeking support in the field of auditing / tax consulting at our office in Villingen-Schwenningen for a period of 3 - 6 months.
Our profile
We are a medium-sized firm of auditors, tax consultants and lawyers with approx. 80 employees located in Villingen-Schwenningen and Offenburg. The clients using our auditing and tax consulting services are predominantly medium-sized enterprises, but they also include international, listed public limited companies. We offer our clients a comprehensive package of services, covering annual financial statement audits, management consulting and international tax structures.
Your profile
You have already completed your basic studies in Economics with above-average marks and you have initial, in-depth knowledge in the fields of auditing, accounting and controlling. Knowledge in the area of taxes would also be an advantage. Ideally, your theoretic knowledge has been supplemented with initial internships and/or occupational training in industry or in banking. Pronounced analytical skills, the ability to work in a team, a confident manner, flexibility, resourcefulness and independence round off your profile. You naturally also have very good PC skills.
Your tasks
You support us in conducting annual financial statement audits for medium-sized industrial, commercial and service enterprises. Depending on the specific requirements and your personal capabilities, you can be assigned to carry out your own consulting projects in the fields listed below.
- Reconciling statements prepared according to the German Commercial Code (HGB) and those prepared according to International Financial Reporting Standards
- Audit-related consulting activities
- Controlling
- Mergers & acquisitions
- National and international tax structures
